Welcome to the 2023 Fall Player Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

Important Info:

If you are a new player to Milpitas PAL Soccer, you will need a copy (scanned or photo) of the players Proof of Birth (Birth Certificate, Passport, etc)

 

 

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

FOR OUR 2023 FALL SEASON!

Fees:

  • Fees: Early Bird (through Jun 2nd): $100.00, $10 off for each additional child at same address.
  • Regular (through July 14): $125.00, $10 off for each additional child at same address.
  • Head Coaches’ children: $65.00 (Discount to be refunded upon receipt of ALL Volunteer forms)
  • Late (after July 14): $150.00 (no siblings discount).
  • SE Processing Fees are Non-Refundable

***Fees include uniform (Jersey, Shorts & Socks).
